OVERVIEW
Westmont Special Events is a volunteer-led organization that brings the community of Westmont, IL together through exciting events all year long. From street fairs to seasonal celebrations, they help make the town feel connected and full of life.
CHALLENGES & APPROACH
Their old website was outdated, hard to update, and didn’t really meet the needs of all the people who use it—volunteers, residents, and visitors. It was also tough for the team to keep things current. Our goal was to make a site that was modern, super easy to use, and easy for the team to manage. We built a brand-new WordPress website with clearly organized sections so users can quickly find event info, volunteer opportunities, and news. We also created branded photo and video content to capture the energy of the events and bring the site and social media pages to life.
THE RESULT
The new site is faster, better organized, and way easier to keep updated. It helps the community stay in the loop and get involved. With ongoing photo and video updates, Westmont Special Events now has a digital presence that’s just as vibrant as the events they put on. The community connection has never looked better! With ongoing content creation, they have a great story to tell!
