    Overview

    The Westmont Chamber of Commerce & Tourism Bureau is dedicated to supporting local businesses and strengthening community connections. To expand its reach and better engage members, the Chamber approached Rage Agency with the idea of launching a podcast—but needed help developing the process, tools, and content strategy to bring it to life.

    Brief

    The Chamber wanted to create a podcast series that would spotlight local businesses, share community news, and promote events—all in a professional and engaging format. They needed support in building a repeatable, easy-to-manage system for recording, producing, and distributing each episode.

    Work

    Rage Agency developed a full podcast framework from the ground up. This included designing a branded intro/outro, recommending equipment and recording setups, training Chamber staff on podcast best practices, and establishing a process for scheduling and interviewing guests. We also created graphic templates and provided editing support for early episodes to ensure a polished, consistent final product. The podcast is to be distributed on Apple Podcasts and other major platforms, with social content developed to promote each release.

    Results

    The Chamber now has a fully functional podcasting process in place—elevating their communication, showcasing member stories, and giving the community a new way to connect. The series will become a valuable tool for engagement and outreach.

With manufacturing facilities in Cambodia and Vietnam, and a robust U.S. presence, they produce over 15 million pieces annually for major retailers across the country.

    The company wanted a refreshed website that felt contemporary, credible, and aligned with the expectations of U.S.-based buyers—especially those from big box retailers. Their existing site didn’t reflect the scale, quality, or reliability that defines the Fresh Source brand, and they needed a digital upgrade that matched their global capabilities.

    CAMBr (Chicago Area Mountain Bikers) is a nonprofit organization dedicated to building, maintaining, and advocating for mountain biking trails across the Chicagoland area. Their mission is to grow the sport, support local riders, and keep the trails thriving for everyone.

    Challenges & Approach

    CAMBr wanted to refresh their brand to better energize current members, attract new riders, and inspire more community involvement. Their look and messaging felt dated and didn’t fully capture the passion and energy of their members and mission. We stepped in to help create a stronger, more exciting identity that reflects the adventurous spirit of mountain biking.

    Work

    We started by tweaking the CAMBr logo and creating a bold, modern brand design that works across digital and print platforms. We designed new race jerseys that riders would be proud to wear and that helped strengthen the sense of community. We also rebuilt and revitalized the website to make it easier to use, more visually exciting, and better at showcasing events, trails, and membership opportunities. Along with that, we developed new content to keep CAMBr’s communications fresh and engaging.

    Results

    CAMBr now has a vibrant, energized brand that inspires pride among existing members and draws in new riders. The updated look and website better support their mission—and the future of mountain biking in Chicagoland.

We focused on what makes Purpose Tea different: their deep commitment to uplifting women. We created social media content that felt authentic and inspiring—bold images, real stories, and a voice that speaks with purpose. We also produced a dynamic promotional video that blended their flavorful teas with the real impact they’re making.
