OVERVIEW

ARDS Alliance is a nonprofit that raises awareness and supports people affected by Acute Respiratory Distress Syndrome (ARDS). We’ve been working with them on a full digital marketing plan—helping with branding, videos, photos, a new website, and social media. The goal is to tell real stories, share helpful information, and build a stronger community.

CHALLENGES & APPROACH

One of the biggest challenges was getting people to understand what ARDS is and why it matters. The organization had great passion and purpose, but needed a more modern, powerful way to reach people. We started by updating the brand look and messaging to be clear, compassionate, and hopeful. Then we created videos and photos that tell personal stories from survivors and families. We designed a new website that’s easy to use, with helpful resources and ways to get involved. On social media, we share real stories, updates, and campaigns that connect with people and inspire action.

THE RESULT

Since launching the new content, ARDS Alliance has seen big growth in online engagement. More people are visiting the website, following on social media, and sharing their stories. The brand now reflects the heart behind the mission—and is reaching more people every day.
